1. Introduction
Welcome to the Julia SEO Affiliate Program. By registering and participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Julia SEO reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Julia SEO in a truthful and ethical manner
Avoid misleading, false, or exaggerated claims
Not engage in spam, unauthorized advertising, or illegal marketing practices
Ensure that all promotional content complies with applicable laws
4. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Each affiliate will receive a unique tracking link
All commissions are tracked using this link
Julia SEO is not responsible for commissions lost due to incorrect or altered links
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates can earn up to 50% commission per successful sale
A “successful sale” is defined as a completed and verified purchase made through the affiliate’s referral link
Commissions may vary based on promotions, plans, or special offers
6. Payment Terms
Payments are issued after confirmation of valid sales
Minimum payout threshold is $50
Commissions are held for a validation period of 7–14 days before becoming eligible for withdrawal (to prevent refunds or fraud)
Payment methods include:
PayPal (worldwide)
Bank Transfers
InstaPay
Egyptian E-Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay)
Julia SEO reserves the right to delay or withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Using spam emails or unsolicited messages
Running misleading ads or fake promotions
Bidding on branded keywords related to Julia SEO without permission
Attempting to manipulate tracking systems or commissions
Violation may result in account suspension, termination, and loss of all unpaid commissions without notice.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks
Commissions will not be paid on refunded or canceled purchases
If a refund or chargeback occurs after commission payment, the amount may be deducted from future earnings
9. Account Termination
Julia SEO reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time
Cancel commissions generated through unethical, suspicious, or fraudulent methods
Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use Julia SEO branding materials only for promotional purposes and must not modify or misuse them in any way that could harm the brand.
11. Limitation of Liability
Julia SEO is not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Technical issues affecting tracking or payments
Loss of earnings due to external factors
12. Modifications
Julia SEO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
